Stephane has worked on several types of projects in numerous countries around the world , including: Brazil, Columbia, Mexico and Canada. From luxury hotels to commercial and residential skyscrapers, industrial and telecom infrastructures, he has 30 years of experience in developing initiatives with investors, plant managers and architects. As a result, his wide ranging expertise enables him to have a clear end-to-end understanding of the project under his management.
Throughout his career Stephane has managed about 30 projects, most of which were skyscrapers exceeding 22 stories. With SquareFootage, Stephane will provide senior leadership, a strong vision, and sound management for all developments.
An INSEAD MBA graduate in finance, Stephane also holds a bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Laval, Canada.

As an Administrative and Financial Manager, Justin is responsible for controlling the costs of each project in Canada and abroad. He also supports the administration department in the production of financial reports while monitoring the financial aspect of each project.
Before working at SquareFootage, Justin benefited from a solid experience in the factory both on the quality control side and the organization of tasks in complex production processes.
Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration – finance specialization from HEC Montréal. During his baccalaureate he participated in numerous inter-school investment competitions.
As Project Manager, Florence takes part in defining the needs for each of the projects undertaken by SquareFootage, and contributes to the implementation of business and marketing strategies. More specifically, she identifies market opportunities and assesses their economic and material feasibility.
At every stage of real estate developments, Florence ensures the sustainability of each project’s vision by coordinating and collaborating with architecture and construction teams.
Florence holds a Bachelor Degree in Product Design from Université Laval, Canada.
Andrew Williams is an accountant and fiscalist with more than 10 years of experience in the domain of finance and taxation. He specializes in audits and reviews of all sizes for public and private organisations, financial statement analysis, corporate restructuring and business projects management.
At SquareFootage, he supervises the finances and the management of the budgets as well as the legal aspects of the various projects.
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration – accounting (B.A.A.) from UQTR, a specialized graduate diploma in accounting from UQAM and a degree in taxation from l’Université de Sherbrooke, Canada.
