Rivercreek Phase 2

Alongside the Hudson river in Beacon, RIVERCREEK Phase 2 is a real estate project that aims to breathe new life into a former abandoned industrial space. Following the footprint of the old buildings, the development will include a residential, commercial and hotel offer. A live-work product is also offered and developed to meet the specific requirements and needs of the local market. It is therefore more than 190 residential units and 110 hotel rooms that will be built and added to the market of this peaceful city in full expansion.
